The Student Vision for London

With nearly 450,000 students at universities in London, from over 200 countries, we have a considerable impact on the economic, social and environmental success of London. Higher Education in London contributes over £12billion to the economy, developing new businesses, new technologies and exciting creative opportunities for Londoners.

The views and opinions of students should matter to policy makers, elected officials and wider society. We would like you to listen to us more often, and we want it to start with this Manifesto.

We want Mayoral and Assembly candidates to make London the best place possible for students to come to
study – the decisions of these people over the next four years will determine whether London will continue to be seen as destination of choice for students.

This is our vision for London by 2016. Nine simple solutions that will make London better.
